Our Flans

Flan, Lelolai’s signature creation, is the traditional dessert in the Spanish culture. It is the cousin to the French dessert crème brulee and sister to the Italian taste treat zabbaglione.  Prepared with a rich caramel sauce that invites plenty of fork-scraping, custard flan is created in-house in 5 different flavors: vanilla, cheese, almond, chocolate, and coconut .

Delicious & Nutritious!  Rich in calcium and protein... Baked from our original recipes, fresh and ready to serve... Delicious with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Available in individual 3oz. containers or large 9” rounds.

How to serve the Flan:

  • separate the flan from the tin, carefully with a knife
  • put a large plate on top of the container with the flan (the tin)
  • flip the flan over
  • flan is baked on caramelized sugar; pour the rest of the caramelized sugar on top of the flan and serve!
